The purpose of the survey is to gain an overview of the state-of-the-art research assessment practices at the research performing, funding, and evaluating organisations who already are, or could become, signatories of the Agreement on Reforming Research Assessment.
The survey is conducted by the Federation of Finnish Learned Societies (TSV) for the EU-funded GraspOS project. The results of the survey will be published by the end of August 2023 in a landscape report, which supports the development of Open Science Assessment Framework (OSAF).
The questionnaire is based on CoARA core commitments and principles. By answering the survey, organisations can benefit from the structured reviewing and self-assessment of their current assessment practices. The survey can be a great way to kick-start the assessment reform.
The survey provides all stakeholders with information on the capacity and common challenges for assessment reform across Europe and potentially beyond. Therefore, we hope that you also find it of interest to invite and encourage organisations to answer the survey.
